In this episode my guest, Ken Bentley, seasoned corporate VP and accomplished community leader, shares his valuable experience and advice on finding a mentor you can create a thriving relationship with, how to get what you want in your career, and how to develop your best self.

This is the third installment in our Access series on Diferente. And in this episode we’re discussing Access and Mentors. Because when I think of access, I think of building relationships with people who are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others and who lead by example.

A great mentor can take you from zero to sixty in your profession, by providing access in your desired field. But it’s the personal relationship you build with a mentor that can have a lasting effect in the way you live your life.

My guest, Ken Bentley has built an impactful career and has a long list of accomplishments. He’s the CEO of the APGA tour and a former VP at Nestlé USA. But don’t think he’s satisfied with a quiet retirement, Ken is busy making a positive impact on thousands of young people’s lives as a member of the board of directors of the AIDS Healthcare Foundation, the Tiger Woods Foundation, Texas College, the Southern California Tennis Association and the Advocates Foundation.
