How does production coaching work?
As your Production Coach (™ Pending), I will guide you through your podcast or YouTube content refresh by helping you create a sustainable process with your show’s goals in mind. How much and far we go is highly dependent on the amount of effort and work you give to your project outside of our time together.
As your production coach, it is my job to guide you during our VIP day together, but not to complete these tasks for you. My coaching process includes a combination of hands-on and hands-off approaches, meaning sometimes we’ll work on a task together, and other times I’ll guide you so you can complete the work on your own.
Do I have to complete my entire content refresh in one day?
Our VIP half-day intensive will be completed in the same day, but your work will continue beyond our session together. As you and I craft your goals, I will guide you in the best practices to set you up for the next steps. The idea with this half-day VIP intensive is to get you unstuck, get your process started and lay the groundwork for your content refresh.
How do I know if I’m ready to make this investment into my YouTube show or Podcast?
If you’ve had your podcast or YouTube show for more than a year and you’ve created at least 20 episodes/videos, you are probably ready for the VIP Content Refresh. You also have enough episodes to know what has and hasn’t worked as your creative process has matured. And since you’ve gotten this familiar with content creation, you’ll also understand production tips and advice that help you move closer to your ROI goals.
Content production needs constant refinement, analyzing, and updating, which is why the VIP Content Refresh is perfect for you! You know you’re ready when the vision of your show blossoming and transforming into something amazing is so exciting to you, it outweighs any fear that could hold you back.
Can this VIP day really help me?
I’m an experienced producer with over 15 years of experience creating content in television and digital media like YouTube, podcasts, and social media campaigns. I’ve worked with brands of all sizes and levels of reach, from Netflix documentaries to public media digital content and independently-owned podcasts. All of that means I understand the unique challenges that come with having limited resources and time.
As a business owner I also wear many hats, and have found incredible value in hiring experts to help me with the tasks I don’t have time for or the expertise to succeed at doing on my own. If you want to maximize your investment, you wouldn’t get a haircut from a website designer, much like you wouldn’t necessarily take video and podcast advice from a master chef. Afterwards, you won’t feel lost and overwhelmed by your creation process anymore. You will have clarity. You’ll also have an exact plan on what to improve, change, or add to your production process to increase connection, conversions, and reach. I will also email you the recording from our session along with all the templates within 24 hours after your VIP Content Refresh.
How do I schedule my VIP Content Refresh?
Have you figured out that a content refresh with a production expert is exactly what you need? All you have to do is purchase your VIP day. Then, you have 30 days from the time of purchase to schedule your session and 60 days to complete it. If you can’t make this timeline work, sign up for my newsletter so I can let you know when I open up another session in the future.
Do you offer refunds?
In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision for you or your business, contact us at hola@maribelqs.com and let us know you’d like a refund before your coaching services begin. You must include your name with your request for a refund. If you do not request a refund before the first day of coaching, you will not be granted a refund. All refunds are discretionary, meaning determined based on individual cases.
