A while ago, I realized that passion brings you purpose, and that is the essential way I have looked at my life ever since. Howard Thurman wrote: "Don’t ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive! And go do that! Because what the world needs is people who have come alive!"
I truly believe that people who are happy with the work they do,
can do more good for this world than those who feel stuck or frustrated with their work.
This is why I had to kick things off with someone super special who is living his passion, RIGHT. NOW.
My husband, Doug Smith!
Doug left his full-time comfy and profitable career in fundraising to pursue his passion of playing golf at a professional level. His story is not that diferente from many others who have a dream. The big difference is that he decided to follow Steve Harvey's advice when he said... JUMP!

Find a less demanding job, where you might make less money, but you can have more flexibility.
Save for one-two years worth of living expenses, and then quit your current job to pursue your passion.
Save for one year of expenses, and move in with your parents. If they'll let you!
