My guest in this episode of Diferente is...ME! I was interviewed by my husband and a recurring guest on Diferente, Doug Smith.
A few weeks ago, my husband came up with the idea of me being a guest on my own show. I thought, that’s silly! Why would people want to hear me talk about myself? I’ve done a couple of solo episodes, but they’re quick and not too personal, but a full interview?
After we finished recording, I realized that I had previously thought exactly the same thing I’ve heard some of my guests tell me, and the same question, “how is my story relevant?".
When I hear someone say that, I always reply, “we all live through experiences that someone out there can relate to, if you could inspire just one person out there listening, your time sharing this story, will not be wasted.”
I hope this helps you get to know me a little bit better. We've only just begun to scratch the surface, I promise there is much more to come!
